Wilmann, J. D. The theme for this year’s banquet is “Moral Courage: Putting Ethics Into Action” – a discussion on the Winkler County case in which two registered nurses were arrested for reporting a patient care concern and charged with a felony crime.

The banquet will be held this year on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Beaumont – Plaza. Registration/meet and greet is 6-6:30 and program will begin 6:30.

We will be working on our slate of candidates for the upcoming election so please notify us if you are interested in serving as a district officer. We will also discuss the annual banquet and Pat will have an update on the Winkler County Nurse legal situation. Also, don’t forget the ‘member get a member’ campaign begins Feb 1 so feel free to bring a new member to qualify for some great prizes.
